The work begins as an image of a cruise ship on the Grande Canal in Venice, covered in globular layers of black wax.
Viewers are invited, sometimes by an attendant or through instinct, to take a heat gun located nearby and start to melt the waxy layers.

As the wax is melted the smell of the wax and artificial turpentine fill the air with a noxious scent of chemical pollution, the wax then drips down to reveal the name emblazoned on the ships side.
